The challenge in broadcasting the Academy of Country Music Awards is that you are "broadcasting" it to a huge, diverse and mainstream audience. We needed to be as inclusive as we could, while at the same time, keep the country in country music.  Our solution was to reach back to an early crossover music moment when Rock and Blues and Country all collided to create Rockabilly.

We shot Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley in black and white, and since the show was going to be done from the T Mobile Center in Las Vegas, we gave the spots a splash of Pink as well.
